Nice Cote d'Azur airport is 1 hour 15 min drive away, Toulon-Hyeres airport is about an hour and Marseille airport is around 1 hour 30 min.   Exit 36 (Le Muy) off the A8 (Autoroute du Soleil) is 25 minutes drive along the D25.

Nice centre: 1  hour 20 min, Aix-en-Provence: 1 hour 20 min, Marseille: 1hour 45 min, Monaco: 1 hour 30 min, Italy: 1 hour 45 min.

Sainte Maxime is a thriving, year round town. Amenities include: a new Cultural Centre, with concert hall and two cinema screens; an open air, beach side "Theatre de la Mer", which in summer stages a  range of shows; many with free entry; a town beach with bars; a boulodrome, a Casino, a marina, a daily indoor food market, weekly outdoor bric-a-brac markets; a wide range of traditional restaurants and shops.  The local hypermarket and the Aqualand waterpark are a short drive away on the outskirts of town. Activities in the area include golf, sailing, motor boating, jet skiing, hill walking and bicycle hire. 

The seaside town of Sainte Maxime is situated on the Gulf of St Tropez, 25 minutes drive from the A8 motorway.  The house is located in a quiet residential area close to the centre of the town.
